Indigo Crow Cafe, tucked away in the charming town of Corrales, NM, offers a delightful American dining experience that has captivated both locals and visitors alike. With its beautifully adorned adobe building, this café combines a cozy atmosphere with a memorable culinary journey. Patrons rave about the well-prepared dishes, particularly the salmon and filet, which are expertly seasoned and generously portioned. One reviewer, Sharon, highlighted the professionalism of the young waitstaff, who enhance the dining experience with attentive service.
The brunch menu stands out as a favorite, featuring mouthwatering options such as flavorful chicken wraps and a cuisine burger that has won over many hearts. Bella, another satisfied customer, couldn't resist praising the top-shelf margaritas, calling them among the best she has ever had, particularly for their refreshing hints of Yerba Buena.
Moreover, the café's inviting ambiance, complemented by purchasable art, makes it an ideal spot for both casual meals and intimate date nights. While some dishes, like the rice, may occasionally be on the saltier side, the vibrant flavors and friendly service ensure that Indigo Crow Cafe remains a must-try destination for food lovers in the region.

We came into the Indigo Crow early in the evening on a Wednesday. We had a party of 5, and even though we had reservations, we likely would not have needed them. The restaurant had a good number of customers, but was not packed. The waitstaff, mostly young, were extremely well trained, polite and professional. We had the salmon dish, the fillet dish and the apple walnut salad. We also had the brie appetizer. The food was generous, well prepared, and excellently marinaded. Two of our party split the fillet meal, and it came from the kitchen individually plated, and was absolutely plenty to eat for dinner. The converted adobe building was moody and beautifully decorated with purchasable art. They have a small but well-curated wine list.

Wow! I loved it here. It is such a cute little spot here in the town of Corrales. I had a delicious chicken wrap. I totally recommend and my husband had a delicious cuisine burger. We really enjoyed the brunch menu. The margaritas were one of the best margaritas I’ve had in a long time. Top shelf margarita / classic. The fly with the hint of Yerba Buena was delicious!! I will definitely be coming back this summer. And of course, our servers were so nice!

The salmon was profound, and the salads were being devored all around. They come in various sizes and shapes. Every one enjoying shaving those so squared sides of the Catalina with a knife & fork. Or plunging into the Grilled Romaine with fork torque. The food was all good, like the art on the wall. The Indigo Crow... is a place to enjoy for all....

Great place for brunch, lunch. We have not been here for dinner, but this is our favorite lunch spot, especially if you can have a cocktail. They make some very delicious drinks and the atmosphere is great. Never a disappointment here!

Ordered the filet and the atlantic salmon dish. The steak and accompanying mashed potatoes were delicious, very flavorful sauce with the mushrooms. The salmon also paired nicely with the juice of the charred lemon slice. However, the rice was a bit too salty for my personal taste. Lovely and attentive service with a very intimate and lively interior in the evening. Great date night spot for quality food and a fun, intriguing atmosphere! Heads up: the parking lot has some rough dips and bumps, be careful when driving in and out.

It was very crowded and busy, but our waiter was absolutely flavored. His name is SHAWN COOK. The table behind us was very Loud and Roudy. It was my 1st time eating there but I tell you the food was absolutely flavored and amazing. Complements to the Chef I will return and spread the word. THANKS

This place had a really cozy atmosphere. The staff was super friendly and helpful. They do have indoor or outdoor seating. The outdoor seating had heaters spread throughout to keep everyone warm in the chilly night air. We sat inside where the lights were set really low, but each table had a little table light, providing a more intimate vibe. All of the food was amazing. The salad came out in a cube, which was different from anything I've had before. I had the filet, which was seasoned and cooked perfectly. My partner had the ribeye, which was huge. For dessert, we had the key lime pie. It was one of the best key lime pies I've ever had. I would totally come back here. Great place for a date night.

Celebrated a birthday dinner here. Food and drink was delicious. Service was great also. Google directions was a little confusing if coming from south Corrales road. Highly recommend
